The role This role can impact the direction of one of our most successful divisions. The Regional SVP of Sales works in close collaboration as part of the Leadership Team to set the strategic direction for our business. The mix of business is equally split between the dynamic worlds of marketing campaign communications, branded environments, and the digital distribution of content. The Regional SVP of Sales charts the growth course for the team and leads from out front in helping to grow exiting accounts and bring on net new logos. The role is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and Business Development Executives, developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that promote and inspire sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Specific accountabilities Drive and develop the annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting Interface with and impact major accounts and account relationships with our key clients. Drive the performance standards for the division and motivate and inspire our sellers to perform to plan. Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market conditions and competitor analysis Manage a multiple channel selling strategies Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction Influence and help design compensation plans and models to inspire the right growth behaviors Build, develop and manage a sales support team capable of carrying out sales and service initiatives Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs Help to articulate our value proposition and support model for all services including digital distribution of content in line with integrated marketing plans Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field 12+ years Sales Leadership and Growth experience with a marketing services or POS/POP communication in the print and visual communications sectors 10 years Business/Corporate development experience Knowledge and skills Ability to forecast, plan, lead and motivate the Sales function and team Understanding of printing processes, value added services and systems, etc. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration Creative and strategic hinker Physical requirements On-site as needed with the sales, operations, and Twin Cities Leadership Team Travel to client site as needed for presentations, Quarterly business reviews, and other f2f interactions as required Other travel as a part of the Sales Leadership Team for Imagine overall including the Annual Sales Meeting, Off-site Leadership Meetings, and others as required What we bring to the table We offer a broad and well-rounded benefits program focused on your physical health, financial fitness, social & emotional wellness, and community wellbeing A motivated and collaborative team environment An ownership structure that allows for continuous investment in the business A Field Support Team that provide functional leadership and support in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Compensation, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Operations Imagine is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
