Job Title: Maintenance Manager - 2nd Shift Supervisor
Job Description
As a 2nd Shift Supervisor under the direction of the Plant Manager, you will lead and oversee the safe and sanitary operations of manufacturing process equipment for designated departments during the second shift. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with environmental, health, and safety/food safety policies across both Raw and Ready to Eat sections. Key areas of focus include Freeze Drying, Product Unloading, Raw Processing, and providing plant support during the 2nd shift operations.

Work Environment
This role operates in a refrigerated environment approximately 40 degrees and includes spending about 1 hour per day in freezers with temperatures ranging from -83°F to -40°F. The environment is extremely clean, adhering to food safety standards, with loud production equipment. Team sizes vary with a minimum of 5 members per shift. The position is salary-based, running from Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 6 AM, with the need for flexibility to support the team outside these hours as required.
