CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team is responsible for providing technical services to all customer applications & software hosted in OCI / OnPrem /Hybrid. ITIL, ISO2000 & other industry specific standard processes used to handle the customer application & software across different Oracle technology stack.

Driving adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for our customer is main objective. We accelerate the OCI adoption by showcasing the prowess of Oracle’s cloud technology as well as our valued added engineering solutions that provides highly differentiated service experience to our customers in cloud.

As Principal Engineer for Oracle EPM, OBIEE/Oracle Analytics and ODI you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to the Oracle EPM suite of products, OBIEE/Oracle Analytics and ODI. This includes applications such as Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, HPCM and other EPM components. You will work closely with the customer's IT team, end-users, and Oracle's product development teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of EPM and Oracle Analytics architecture, data integration, security, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level EPM, Oracle Analytics and ODI implementations

  • Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions to meet the customer's requirements

  • Collaborate with the customer's IT team to understand their environment and business requirements

  • Document and share resolution steps, best practices, and knowledge articles

  • Deliver deployment documentation, configuration assessment regarding Oracle standard

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in providing advanced technical support for Oracle EPM products, Oracle Analytics and ODI

  • In-depth understanding of EPM and Oracle Analytics architecture, including applications, data integration, security, and performance

  • Build high-availability and distributed architecture on EPM/OAS/ODI products

  • Expertise in configuring and administering Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, and other EPM components

  • Expertise in configuring and administering Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle BI Publisher, and other Oracle Analytics components.

  • Expertise in configuring and administering Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

  • Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability optimization for EPM environments

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Have some knowledge on Oracle database, sql, linux scripting, Windows scripting

  • Spanish & English language required
