REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:
Knowledge/expertise of:
Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
Understanding and deploying IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, especially Azure, is essential.
Proficiency in handling monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc., along with expertise in network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and application monitoring (ERP, MuleSoft, BI, WMS, Websites) is required.
Effective management of ITSM tools, preferably JIRA, is a significant aspect of the role.
Ensure backup jobs are run as requested.
Regularly patch Windows/Linux servers and network elements.
English proficiency level of B2/C1.
