Job Description:

Role and responsibilities

PSD, Personal Safety Division, is for workers’ safety. The products and solutions the division is offering are respirators, hearing and eye protection equipment, coveralls, fall protection systems, SCBA and so on. In terms of sales volume, PSD accounts for a third of SIBG Korea and the 2nd biggest division in 3M Korea base business. Target market is linked with the workers’ safety and health. Heavy metal, metal fabrication, primary metal, transportation, chemical and electronics, public safety and healthcare frontline are all major markets for PSD. 500+ accounts are covered by sales reps in the division, and they closely work with channel partners to support SMEs and 2nd channels.

• Achieves specific sales objectives by providing sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory as field sales representative.

• Position intended for individuals who are new to sales and have demonstrated an aptitude for selling.

• Performs entry-level sales work under close supervision, referring all issues not covered by instructions or procedures to a more seasoned sales representative or area sales manager.

• Collaboration with internal teams: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively

• Continuous learning and development: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments through training programs and self-study.

  Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills and strong business-related intuition.

• Problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, business partners and customers.

• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• Domestic travel required

• Fluent in English

• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user)

• SFDC / Power BI user preferred
