Job Description

As a Digital Media Manager at P&G, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with agencies, platforms, and brand teams to develop strategies and operate digital media campaigns for all P&G brands in Korea. You will play a crucial role in implementing digital media-led brand growth in the market and leading future innovation initiatives. Your role will be critical in driving digital media strategies and operations, enabling brand growth and innovation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multi-functional teams & external partners, leverage data-driven insights, and shape the future of digital media for P&G.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Media Strategy Planning & Performance Optimization:

  • Oversee P&G's digital strategy and take ownership of digital campaign planning.

  • Develop digital plans to improve value for P&G brands.

  • Coordinate with agencies to create and deliver campaigns, including audience creation, campaign setup, execution, tagging/trafficking of creative assets, and reporting across digital media channels.

  1. Media Data & Targeting/Buying Strategy:
  • Implement data-driven targeting strategies in partnership with the team.

  • Stay up to date with the latest targeting capabilities and available data.

  • Collaborate with multi-function and external partners to develop digital media journeys and tactical buying strategies for highly targeted and relevant media products and programs.

  1. Digital Media Innovation:
  • Serve as a leader in social and digital video advertising for the brand team and evaluate media opportunities and craft POVs for the category.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in digital platforms through supplier meetings, industry news, and events.

  • Participate in Joint Business Planning with global and local top media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, NAVER) to establish a competitive advantage and achieve business goals.

  • Lead capability building agendas across multiple brands including measurement, optimization, and sharing of insights with the organization.

  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Guide partners to ensure campaigns coordinate with brand goals and objectives.

  • Lead the preparation, development, execution, and monitoring of media plans.

  • Take charge of media operations, including optimization, delivery tracking and control, and stewardship.

  • Collaborate closely with brand, media, and data teams as a subject matter expert in tactical digital media, ensuring the execution of technical capabilities needed to enable and optimize media plans.

  • Manage brand-specific and cross-category digital media work.

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years (minimum 3 years) of experience implementing comprehensive campaigns in the industry (platforms/agency) or similar positions (in-house digital marketer/planner), relevant experience, including digital media planning, trading (buying), analyzing, and optimization; experience with influencer and affiliate marketing is a plus for social.

  • Experience working on significant digital ads and experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or other fast-moving, consumer-facing spaces are preferred.

  • Experience leading campaigns on platforms like YouTube, social media, and other local platforms, with experience in data analytics in ad platforms, using Google Analytics, or similar reporting dashboards.

  • Experience analyzing large data sets across various platforms to deliver actionable insights to media partners and business managers.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of tools and proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms, including media reporting platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, other digital media tools, Power BI, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant landscape, including platforms, trends, and BIC practices. Familiarity with video/social media channels, digital advertising formats, buying, and emerging technologies.

  • Quantifiable track record of success in previous digital media experience.
