Duties: Work closely with product teams, designers, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans. Use Agile methodology and work in sprints to create improvement on business value. Map customer journeys, visualize concepts through story boards, prioritize scalable information architecture, lay out detailed workflows around tech constraints, build intuitive interactions, create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts. Craft pixelperfect mockups by following the design system, delivering detailed design specs and assets to engineering teams, verifying implementation quality, and tracking success metrics. Use competitive analysis to understand the state of art approach for solving given user goals. Engage directly with users and customers to gain a deeper understanding of their goals, validate design solutions, conduct quick rounds of usability testing, and incorporate results into the design process. Advocate for user-focused designs. Work with Adobe Spectrum design system to design consistent products and experiences. Partial telecommuting permitted. Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Product Design, HumanComputer Interaction Design, or related field, and experience in the following: 1. Experience design deliverables including Information architecture, Interactive Prototyping, Wireframing, 3D Modeling, Storyboarding, Journey Mapping, Personas; 2. Human-centered design; 3. Service design (SD), Customer experience (CX) design, and information experience (IX) design; 4. Prototyping with ML and Video prototypes; 5. User research methodologies including Competitive analysis, Usability studies, User interviews and User experience research synthesis; and 6. Design specifications and pattern library creation.?
