What you will do: Manage the administration, maintenance, and user assistance for the Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding System Participate in the implementation of activities around the recruiting strategy. Assist in posting and managing internal and external advertising. Evaluate and screen resumes. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Scheduling phone screens, interviews, and video conferences for candidates in the interviewing process Assist with sourcing qualified candidates utilizing CRM tool. Prepares documents relating to recruiting and hiring, including candidate correspondence, offer letters, and rejection letters. Contact new employees and prepare onboarding session. Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions. Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives. Contribute and participate in North Coast Diversity & Inclusion recruitment strategies Track recruitment KPIs and produce and submit reports on general recruitment and HR activity. Stay up to date with current recruiting methods. Attend job fairs and careers events, virtual and in-person. Participate in or lead project teams. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring: At least two years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Coordinator. RACR Certification preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline(s) Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based, and behavioral) Familiarity and experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and onboarding system Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools Familiarity with social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor, etc. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Office environment is mainly seated at a desk Heavy phone and computer use Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation: This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
