Providence St. Joseph Health Supervisor Clinic RN - Pac Med Cardiology - Seattle WA in Seattle, Washington

Description The RN Supervisor will oversee the Cardiology and Pulmonology nurses. The nurses are located at 3 different locations, depending on the day. Therefore, the RN Supervisor will be required to round with their staff, in-person occasionally, requiring travel primarily to Canyon Park, First Hill, and Renton locations. The RN Supervisor will have the opportunity to work remotely as business needs allow, but will split their time: 50% direct patient care and 50% leadership. Under the leadership of the Manager/and or Director the Cardiology RN Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cardio/Pulm departments. Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols, i.e., provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership nursing roles. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years Progressive supervisory experience. 2 years Healthcare experience and/or Cardiology experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Why Join Providence?
