Robert Half is looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Workday Analyst to support a large implementation project with a Tax and Accounting company based out of Seattle, WA!

This is a long term REMOTE contract opportunity, likely to extend through 2025!

In this role you will:

• Utilize strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.

• Serve as the conduit between the customer community (including internal and external customers), users, business teams, and technical teams to establish the business and technical vision; analyze and document tradeoffs between complexity, usability and performance needs.

• Assist with testing by owning the User Acceptance Testing process (UAT) and contributing to the testing phase of a project by supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) team for various testing activities

• Assist with training and communication activities such as developing and delivering end user documentation, quick guides, training plans, training materials, and communication media; serve as a liaison between Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, and project teams

Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of relevant experience in

• BA or BSA experience with Workday implementations
