Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project/Program Manager II in Seattle, WA. This role is pivotal in our operations and involves managing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our projects/programs. The individual will work in a dynamic environment and will be expected to carry out various tasks that contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the progress and completion of projects/programs

• Assign responsibilities and set deadlines for project/program tasks

• Monitor the progress of projects/programs and make necessary adjustments

• Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs

• Utilize creativity and a wide degree of latitude in accomplishing project/program goals

• Familiarize with and apply the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in project/program management

• Lead and direct the work of others involved in the project/program

• Plan and strategize for successful project/program execution

• Ensure quality assurance management is maintained throughout the project/program.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in project planning, including the ability to identify project milestones, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines.

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and monitoring procedures to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

• Ability to track and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the planned course and implementing necessary corrective actions.

• Strong understanding of best project management practices and their application in different project contexts.

• Expertise in preparing detailed project reports, with the ability to clearly communicate project status, risks, and proposed solutions.

• Experience in project coordination, including excellent skills in managing diverse project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring all project activities are aligned.

• Creativity in problem-solving, with the ability to innovate and adapt project strategies as needed to meet project objectives.

• Solid background in Quality Assurance (QA) Management, including the ability to design and implement quality control processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure project outputs meet established quality standards.

• May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
