Amazon Business is seeking a talented and innovative Onsite Art Director to manage and create graphics at scale for promotional shopping campaigns such as Prime Day, Back to School, Holiday, and more. This exciting opportunity involves working with one of Amazon’s fastest-growing organizations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and managing projects across international markets.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with Amazon's brand standards and business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, category management, and creative services, to deliver high-quality graphics and promotional materials.

  • Manage relationships with external agency partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of creative concepts.

  • Develop and maintain style guides, templates, and visual standards for promotional e-commerce campaigns.

  • Oversee the production of graphics for various promotional shopping events, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all touch points.

  • Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance final deliverables.

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes and outputs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative skills, brand and customer understanding, and a history of successful art direction and visual design.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale design projects and coordinating with international teams.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong conceptual thinking, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform and enhance creative decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on international campaigns and managing relationships with stakeholders across different time zones.

  • Basic understanding of UX design principles.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
