About the Role:

As a CBRE Investment Sales Sr. Analyst, you will develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of large and high profile commercial real estate properties for clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct a variety of analyses for the development of deliverables focused on commercial real estate strategies in support of CBRE's clients.

  • Draw conclusions from analyses and make recommendations to senior leaders.

  • Know and use fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial appraising, market analysis, and investment analysis.

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

  • May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.

  • May coordinate and assigned tasks to coworkers within a work unit and/or project.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience in Real Estate or Finance preferred.

  • Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Knowledge of ARGUS preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Senior Analyst position is $90,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Investment Sales Senior Analyst position is $110,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
