We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager (IC) with proven experience in software demand generation and campaigns marketing. This will be a virtual role . This position is responsible for creating and executing full-funnel demand generation campaigns to accelerate growth within our high-profile Boeing Digital business. You will build and execute marketing plans that create market excitement, showcase customer value and generate pipeline. Proficiency in demand gen, account-based marketing (ABM), lead management, digital marketing, and revenue attribution are essential.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation and account-based marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and bookings growth.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of demand generation efforts with overall business goals.

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.

  • Build effective stakeholder relationships across sales, product marketing, customer success and partners to launch an integrated, prioritized, GTM plan in the regions.

  • Create a content strategy and development plan for demand generation assets that support pipeline goals

  • Implement channel attribution models to measure the contribution of each marketing channel to conversions and revenue.

  • Monitor and optimize lead flow across the marketing technology stack, CRM and sales follow up.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.

  • Understanding of lead nurtures, lead progression, lead scoring and sales follow up.

  • Experience building targeted, complex, multi-channel campaigns that result in pipeline.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize campaign performance.

  • Proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage budgets and forecast spending with a focus on maximizing returns and fueling growth.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute complex demand generation strategies that drive business growth.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience managing global programs

  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, notably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and 6sense.

  • Innovative thinking with a creative approach to campaign development and problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, including keyword research and ad copy creation

  • Creation of content strategy and development planning.

Typical Education & Experience :

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.). Preferred but not required.

Relocation :

Summary pay range: $150,450.00-$203,550.00
