Seattle Children's Clinical Research Coordinator III - Bilingual (Spanish) in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities:

Provides oversight to research staff and projects in assigned division. Collaborate with members of the research team in the organization, implementation, and completion of clinical research trials. Oversee, create, and maintain regulatory documents; organize protocol implementation and site initiation visits and conduct routine monitoring of clinical studies. Ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice.

Job Posting Addendum:

This role is dedicated to support research operations at Odessa Brown Children's Clinic location(s). This role requires confirmed proficiency in Spanish via successful completion of a language assessment. Additional functions/responsibilities may include:

• Collaborating with study teams in the implementation of research protocols at OBCC.

• Understand and ensure hospital and OBCC standard policies & procedures are maintained in the conduct of research.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of inclusion/exclusion criteria for all enrolling protocols.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of four (4) years of research-related experience OR Master’s degree in related discipline and three (3) years of research-related experience.
    • Confirmed proficiency in Spanish via successful completion of a language assessment.
  • Preferred:

    • Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
    • Pediatric research experience.
    • CCRA certification.
    • Database management skills.

Min to Max Hourly Salary: $40.42 - $60.63 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary: $84,073.60 - $126,110.40 /yr

Salary Information:

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
