This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations. As part of a small, hardworking, and accomplished team of experts, you'll drive accounting systems processes and controls, and overall finance department process improvements. This hands-on position requires strong communication, organization, planning, and technical aptitude. You'll bring a solid understanding of the Finance & Accounting (F&A) business rhythms and the systems it leverages to support Blue Origin's goal of building "the road to space." As a successful Accounting Business Systems Senior Analyst, you'll bring technical expertise in accounting systems, as well as find improvement opportunities or validate current systems. You will influence the development and implementation of a robust finance and accounting ecosystem. On site work from the location listed is required. Relocation provided! Responsibilities include: Bridge Accounting and Enterprise technology, specifically focusing on process improvements. In a "Best for Blue" environment, you will drive solutions to inefficient processes and own the implementation of improvements. Analyze and test data in relation to required processes to deliver business solutions. Deliver end-to-end implementations, making proposals and recommendations for to-be state process designs that deliver sustainable impact to Blue Origin. Report on progress, identify road blocks to senior leadership team (SLT) and make recommendations for optimal direction Identify where efficiency can be improved to meet Program expectations and work with the Director of Program Integration and Operations Management to communicate new capital or headcount requirements to Program customers. Monitor completed projects for continued adherence to new process and ensure results are having desired effect. Develop Accounting Key Performance Indicators with the strategic purpose of identifying areas for improvement. Required Qualifications 8+ years experience in accounting systems, analytics, and working, assessing, and implementing ERP systems such as: Costpoint, Cognos, Workday, Jules or other accounting business systems. Bachelor's Degree in related field Proven strong interpersonal and communication skill across diverse collaborator and partner teams. Strong math and digital tool skills Ability to effectively balance multiple decisions, large scale projects, and priorities based on workload dispersion, program priorities and management and customer decisions Subject matter expertise in accounting system ecosystems Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired Qualifications Program management experience Demonstrated understanding and successful application of continuous improvement terminology/tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma principles/DFSS/Lean design principles, Value Stream, Kaizen, or similar Related advanced degree or certifications Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $126,289.50-$176,805.30 Other si
