Position Summary

This role follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite and two days remote per week at our Scottsdale, AZ location

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Medicaid Compliance Monitoring and Auditing to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. This position supports the Medicaid compliance monitoring program activities and deliverables. The position is responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth working knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program policy related obligations

  • Conducting oversight and monitoring to evaluate levels of compliance with Medicaid requirements across the business

  • Performing business operations walkthroughs and reviewing risk assessments while participating in annual monitoring plan development

  • Designing and completing remediation or corrective action testing and progress

  • Building and maintaining effective, positive business owner and key stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience

  • 2+ years prior experience in compliance, audit or quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Medicaid

  • Prior audit or quality assurance experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
