Hyatt Mechanic ($500 Signing Bonus) - Hyatt: Andaz Scottsdale Resort in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona

*$500 signing bonus after 90 days for new colleagues!*

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This position possesses strong troubleshooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.

Mechanics must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience is required.

· Strong working knowledge of all major building systems is required, including, but not limited to:

o HVAC

o Plumbing

o Electrical

o Mechanical

o Kitchen & Laundry Equipment

o Life Safety Equipment

o Possess refined troubleshooting skills.

· Work in compliance with OSHA guidelines.

· Good customer skills are also required, as you will need to respond to guest calls and interact with guests and employees in a professional manner.

· Ability to walk long distances and be in the heat for extended periods of time

· Must have the ability to perform physical labor (including, but not limited to, the ability to bend, twist, stoop, lift 50 lbs., as well as climb a ladder).

· Flexibility and willingness to work as the demands of business dictates.
