Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Scottsdale, AZ: Manager, Application Development to design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solution designs and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with each of the following: SQL Azure; SQL Server Data Warehouse, Data Marts and dimension modeling; MS Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS); SQL Profiler, DB Tuning Advisor, and Query Plans; application development for auditing; ETL solution design and development; Power BI; AS400 Mainframe or RXCLAIM; and data storage and loading from multiple data sources.
