We are a dynamic company in Scottsdale, AZ, seeking an immediately available Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Dynamics and a strong administrative background supporting executive-level professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives using MS Dynamics

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

• Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

• Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties

• Maintain confidential files and records

• Assist with project coordination and follow-ups

• Handle expense reports and reimbursement requests

• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts

• Assist with special projects and events as needed

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics for calendar management and communications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

This is an immediately hiring contract-to-hire position located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth operations. The role is fully in-office.
