Description We are in search of a Cloud System Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate Development industry, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role involves managing and supporting Windows infrastructure components, administering virtual environments, and implementing backup solutions. The position will also require network and security administration, leading IT projects, and managing cloud services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows infrastructure components including Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Group Policies, DFS, WSUS, Exchange, DHCP, and DNS services.

• Administer virtual environments using VMware ESXi and VMware Horizon, ensuring optimal performance and availability of virtualized resources.

• Implement and manage backup solutions to protect critical property management data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.

• Provide network and security administration, including configuring and maintaining firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.

• Lead IT projects to deploy new systems, update existing infrastructure, and optimize network performance, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

• Design and execute Active Directory and file share restructuring projects to streamline resource allocation and improve scalability.

• Manage cloud services including Azure AD (Active Directory), M365, SQL, and Hyper-V across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with security standards.

• Develop and maintain automated scripts using PowerShell to streamline routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Implement security measures such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect property management resources and mitigate security risks. Requirements • Proficiency in cloud system administration is required.

• Extensive knowledge of database management and configuration.

• Experience with EO/IR systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with IBM systems and software.

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies is essential.

• Must be skilled in Microsoft suite of products.

• Experience with AB Testing is a plus.

• Knowledge of Active Directory is necessary.

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is expected.

• Basic understanding of Computer Hardware is required.

• Experience in Configuration Management is beneficial.
