WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
As a new Production Supervisor at Wolverine Fuels, you can anticipate overseeing daily operations, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your role will involve leading a team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity. Expect a 4 on 4 off schedule, working 12-hour shifts, allowing for extended time off to recharge and pursue personal interests.
