Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in the Hospitality sector in SCHAUMBURG, Illinois. This role involves handling various legal and administrative tasks, with a focus on contract management and vendor agreements. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in management systems including DocuSign and a solid understanding of Business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Assist in the preparation and review of vendor agreements and sales contracts.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts meet company and industry standards.

• Utilize Management Systems to organize and track contracts and legal documents.

• Manage and respond to inquiries regarding contracts and agreements.

• Use DocuSign to facilitate the signing of contracts and agreements.

• Understand and apply principles of Business-to-business (B2B) transactions in contract negotiation and management.

• Assist with the legal aspects of company acquisitions as required.

• Provide coverage in response to backlog of work as needed.

• Work in a remote setting, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills. Requirements • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a legal role

• Proficiency in management systems

• Familiarity with vendor agreements

• Proficient in DocuSign software

• Experience with Business-to-business (B2B) operations

• Understanding of contract management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field

• Previous experience as a Paralegal will be an added advantage.
