We are searching for a National Credit Manager to join our growing Finance Team!

As a National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day account relationships within our fast-paced, non-secured distribution environment. You will leverage reports and analytics to manage customer credit risk and exposure, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts.

How will you impact our organization as a National Credit Manager on a daily basis?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts while managing credit exposure and risk.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to reconcile accounts.
  • Coordinate with the National Accounts Manager and Sales to support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management and fraud control procedures.
  • Provide statistics, data analysis, and reporting for accounts receivable.
  • Manage AR reporting and the Escheatment Process.
  • Track collection and bankruptcy accounts.
  • Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes.
  • Review past due activity on non-term accounts.
  • Coordinate payment reconciliation practices and ensure compliance with credit card, COD, and CIA policies.
  • Manage the rebate accrual and reconciliation process and develop rebate tracking and reporting tools for the Sales team and assist in approving new rebate programs and renewing existing ones.
  • Provide backup support for order hold releases and optimize DSO initiatives.
  • Train and mentor credit/collection team members.
