Description:

• This will be a patient scheduler role, candidate will anticipate making high volumes of inbound phone calls.

• Required to schedule a min of 40 patients a day.

• Complete insurance verification

• Candidates need to be able to type 35 wpm and navigate these conversations and will work up to navigating 17-18 pre arrival accounts per day once training is complete.
