What Marketing Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
MKT/Operations is responsible for supporting the Marketing organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and commercial objectives established by the Marketing organization.
Marketing Operations supports product marketing and market penetration through supporting the execution of marketing programs, including response coordination, managing product support needs for the commercial organization (e.g. samples, cross references, literature requests) through events coordination (tradeshow, congresses, and educational programs and documentation) Will be responsible for marketing vendor payments, agency contact, budget management; marketing materials storage, marketing materials communication.
Qualifications (required)
1+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Solid Microsoft Office qualifications
Experience/familiarity in the corporate world, preferably in companies in the Med Device or Hospital segment
Solid communication skills - ability to express yourself clearly and effectively
Problem solver - ability to identify and resolve everyday problems efficiently, without generating conflicts
Able to adapt to changes in priority and deal with unforeseen situations positively
Empathy: understanding the needs of others, willingness to serve, teamwork approach
Excellent Time management skills - organize and monitor the progress of daily tasks
Advance fluency in English is highly preferred
Understanding of medical device, healthcare or pharma marketing trends is preferred.
Work schedule: Hybrid requiring 2-3 days in office work and working from home
