Sr. Complaint Vigilance Analyst

The Sr. Complaint Vigilance Analyst oversees the execution of Complaint Vigilance in conformance to current standards and procedures, using applicable system application tools. Guide the staff of professionals who execute the complaint vigilance process. This role participates in regional and global initiatives to improve complaint vigilance processes and represents Complaint Vigilance with internal and external audits in LATAM region. Participates in project teams to develop, consolidate, and/or improve complaint vigilance and related/interfacing processes.

The Sr. Complaint Vigilance Analyst ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, internal requirements, and regulatory agency requirements as they relate to Complaint Vigilance.

As needed, the Sr. Complaint Vigilance Analyst will assist in triage activities as, evaluates and determines if investigation is necessary for product quality complaints and adverse events for Kenvue products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures using the applicable system. Developing training presentations for complaint vigilance process and systems and creation and updates of controlled documents. As necessary, this position will support the Triage function in other Geographical regions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A focus in Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience including Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience working in pharmaceutical, medical devices or other related or highly regulated industry is required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in quality processes and regulatory requirements is required.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment is required.

Other Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, packaging, and development operations is preferred.

  • Experience supporting many/all aspects of the complaint vigilance life cycle for pharmaceutical, device, and /or cosmetic products is preferred.

  • Experience with one or more technologies supporting complaint handling preferred.

  • Experience in the creation, update, and management of complaint files from complaint identification through closure required.

  • Expertise with root cause analysis techniques including but not limited to: Brainstorming, data analysis and collection tools, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Cause and Effect), FMEA, and DMAIC preferred.

  • Experience with systems and tools supporting analysis and reporting preferred.
