This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

How you will contribute

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

¿Qué necesitas saber de la posición?:

• Relación con el sector agroindustrial (elaboración de productos lácteos)

• Participa en procesos de precios, riesgos, costos (preferentemente presupuestos de lácteos) con proveedores

• Desarrollo de herramientas de costeo

• Monitoreo de entradas del proveedor para enfocarnos en estrategia y desarrollo adecuado de proveedores

• Seguimiento de KPIs de cumplimiento en temas de dairy procurement

• Programa de abastecimiento de Planta Ecatepec a través de nuestro proceso de compras

• Mantenimiento con proveedores

• Focal point de proyectos, gestión y seguimiento de dairy procuremente (proveedores sector agroindustrial lácteo)

• Accountable de benchmarck en precios, costos y proveedores

• Involucramiento en proyectos de sustentabilidad relacionados a dairy procurement

Educación / Certificaciones:

• Ing. Industrial Agropecuaria o afín. Ó Licenciatura en área económico-administrativas

Requerimientos específicos del puesto:

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en rol similar en empresas de consumo

• Inglés básico
