This role will be in office in Santa Clara, CA or Plano, TX.
Your Career
In this key role, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Global Mobility and Immigration (GMI) and serve as the main point of contact for relocation and mobility tax inquiries. You will manage the entire lifecycle of relocations and assignments, collaborating closely with regional GMI leads and external vendors to ensure global alignment. Your expertise will be essential in refining relocation processes, providing support for tax-related questions, ensuring smooth transitions for employees, and driving the organization’s growth strategy forward.
Your Impact
Relocation/Tax
Possess a strong understanding of relocation program design and best practices
Implement and manage a comprehensive relocation program
Utilize benchmarking data to continuously improve relocation processes and policies
Manage the entire lifecycle of international assignments and relocations, including some immigration processing and day-to-day relocation tasks
Serve as the point of contact for external relocation and tax partners to develop global policies that are disruptive to the organization
Conduct RFPs for global relocation and tax providers
Partner with Legal, Finance and Corporate Tax on requests related to assignments or business/personal move requests
Provide support to People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team to assess relocation benefits and needs for new hires and assignments
Collaborate with internal partners (HR Operations, Compensation, Equity, People Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax, Finance and Accounting) to streamline cross-functional processes
Immigration
Apply knowledge of global immigration regulations
Partner closely with internal GMI leads to align on international transfers
Program Management
Manage vendor transitions, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal disruption
Perform data analysis, report generation, and vendor management
Maintain Global Mobility internal intranet site and create knowledge articles for AI initiatives
Work with People Tech and Senior Manager, GMI to enhance Workday automation for mobility processes
Growth Opportunities
Lead global initiatives that impact organizational strategy
Develop expertise in emerging mobility trends and technologies
Shape the future of our global mobility programs
Your Experience
Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Work independently and provide consultative support to all levels of staff
Analyze root causes of issues (process, systems, training, etc) and recommend solutions
Excellent relationship building skills
5+ years of experience in a similar Global Mobility role
Knowledge of tax, legal, payroll, and benefits issues related to cross-border movements
Fast learner, exceptionally organized, with acute attention to detail and accuracy
Experience managing external partners
Best-in-Class customer-service focused
Strong attention to detail
Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills, including ability to convey difficult messages clearly
Ability to maintain complete discretion with sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in Workday (Workday enhancements experience a plus, particularly related to mobility options in the Workday system)
Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus

- Mobility tax experience is strongly encouraged

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $115,900/yr to $187,450/yr.
