Role Responsibilities :

  • Leverage advance SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

  • Employ Power BI to create visually compelling reports and dashboards, translating complex data into accessible and actionable information.

  • Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to enhance Power BI models, enabling sophisticated calculations and analysis for more comprehensive insights.

  • Leverage Excel’s advanced capabilities, including formulas and pivots tables, for in-depth data analysis and visualizations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant solutions.

  • Develop and maintain data models for effective reporting and analysis.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.

  • Effectively communicate finding and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Role Requirements:

  • The candidate must be pursuing a degree in a STEM field such as Statistics, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar others.

  • 2+ years of experience building tools and dashboards to create meaningful insights and recommendations primarily using SQL.

  • Must have advanced knowledge in:

  • SQL for querying and manipulating databases

  • Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

  • Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and analysis.

  • Interpreting and analyzing complex data sets.

  • Data modeling and transformation process

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication, organizational and planning skills.

  • Stakeholder management.

  • Strong record of evaluating situations quickly and act decisively.

  • Adaptability and/or flexibility.

  • A history of working in a fast-paced environment.
