Immediate Opportunity: Temp to Hire Position

Our client is actively seeking an organized and diligent File Clerk to join their team in San Marcos. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a college degree. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent based upon performance.

Responsibilities:

• Classifying, recording, and storing information efficiently.

• Managing and organizing all files including - hard copy documents, online resources, and other materials.

• Retrieving files and documentation quickly and accurately in response to requests.

• Ensuring storage facilities are maintained and functional.

• Scanning and digitizing files and maintaining digital filing systems.

• Organizing additional office tasks as required.

  Requirements

• A college degree is required.

• Experience as a File Clerk or similar role is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Discretion in handling confidential information.
