Seeking a Dialysis-Experienced Operations Leader to join Satellite Healthcare as a Market Director of Operations for our San Francisco Peninsula and East Bay regions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Market Director of Operations reports to the Regional Vice President for operational oversight and

administration of dialysis services including In Center and Home within a specified Market. The Market Director of Operations is a member of the dialysis team and leads and supports both the strategic and quality plans for a specific Market within operations. The Market Director of Operations will provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to Center Managers within the assigned Market in all areas of responsibilities especially in quality and operations. Quality services are defined and measured for all patients based on the direction and guidance of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

Minimum Education & Experience :

• RN or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare preferred

• Up to 4 years in a Director level role; Healthcare preferred

• 10+ years of healthcare management or supervisory experience, preferred in ESRD

$154,905 - $201,386, plus annual bonus potential

The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
