Salary

$84,858 - $120,000

Qualifications

• Required: Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• Required: Master's degree in social work or psychology.

• Required: 1 year or more of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models.

• Preferred: Experience in providing behavioral health counseling in a healthcare or similar setting.

• Preferred: Bilingual skills in a second language (particularly Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese) are desired but not required.

Competencies

• Proficient in effective communication across diverse cultural, professional, and experiential backgrounds.

• Skilled in establishing and maintaining productive work relationships within a multi-disciplinary team.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Understanding of legal and ethical standards related to clinical care.

• Familiarity with DSM-V criteria for diagnosing behavioral health disorders.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and documenting effectively.

• Understanding of the Improving Mood Promoting Access to Collaborative Treatment (IMPACT) Model of Care and Managed Care Models.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory; proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese is desirable but not mandatory.
