Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Software Engineer in San Francisco, California. This role involves contributing to our eSignature Platform Services and playing a crucial part in service protection engineering. The successful candidate will work in a team of engineers, collaborate with fraud specialists and product managers, and liaise with both non-technical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and efficient applications and support the creation of backend security.

• Manage multiple fraud prevention projects while gathering technical requirements.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to report on progress.

• Contribute to fraud prevention road mapping efforts in a high-traffic, distributed systems environment.

• Utilize solid backend engineering skills (e.g., C#, .NET) and front-end knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).

• Ensure fault tolerance and production-level code quality.

• Deploy code into different cloud environments.

• Utilize knowledge of Grafana, Snowflake, Data Bricks, or related Microsoft projects.

• Provide service protection and platform security solutions based on previous experience. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.

• Proven experience in Backend Development and Client Side Scripting.

• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies and AB Testing.

• Proficiency in API Development and ASP.NET.

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Grafana tools.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, Fraud Analytics, and Application Security.

• Expertise in CSS and JavaScript.

• Ability to identify and implement necessary software updates and improvements.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred.
