The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team is looking for a process-oriented, action-driven professional with demonstrated business strategy, communication, financial, and marketing operations understanding to execute and grow the Market Development Funds (MDF) program. This new role provides an exciting opportunity to help build the program for a community of 1000+ agencies, partners, and developers.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Legal to recommend and execute all the elements of MDF to ensure the partners' growth and success who work with LinkedIn to go-to-market and integrate with LMS APIs. You will be responsible for identifying and building key deliverables including a program management plan, milestones, forecasts and KPIs, communications, and partner training. And, you'll work with partner leadership to effectively roll new plans and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for the optimal use of MDF to support business and GTM priorities and work closely with the partner team to develop partner applications.

  • Design, manage, and continuously assess the MDF program, including setting guidelines, eligibility criteria, and evaluation metrics and provide guidance and support to partners on MDF application processes and usage.

  • Oversee the MDF budget and allocate funds to different partners, campaigns, or projects based on strategic priorities and potential ROI ensuring funds are distributed effectively and used efficiently. And, monitor and track expenditures to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and prevent overspending.

  • Track and report on the performance of MDF-funded activities, using metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness. And, Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Communicate MDF program details, guidelines, and changes to internal teams and external partners and provide training and resources to partners to help them effectively utilize MDF.

  • Ensure all MDF activities comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing teams, sales teams, finance departments, and external partners. And, act as a point of contact for MDF-related inquiries and issues.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in MDF management and introduce innovative approaches to maximize the impact of MDF investments and drive market growth.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 + years experience in program management and or marketing operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A love for change and ability to prioritize projects and opportunities in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail, especially in managing marketing operations, budget management, contracts, and compliance.

  • Proficient negotiating with stakeholders to ensure process changes and system requirements address partner needs.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure MDF performance and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.

  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence others to drive decisions. And, a proven track record of working effectively across all levels and functions of an organization.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Experience with financial management software and tools for budgeting and forecasting.

  • Team player: “get it done” attitude and willingness to creatively solve problems.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to 145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
