Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and detail oriented critical thinker who is energized by solving problems and prompting efficiency. You are inspired to make life easier for your team by creating impactful processes and workflows that help them succeed. You'll lead and track strategic and tools, systems, and operational programs to improve the NAMER Emerging Business Adoption team's impact on our customers and Emerging Business Customer Success metrics and goals.

This role is crucial in driving the success of the Adoption team by providing operational, strategic, and enablement support. You will report directly to the Director of NAMER Adoption and work with them to define customer success goals and tactics, and implement scalable processes. You will also work with the Adoption leadership team to identify and define projects to bring them to completion.

This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States, but you must be comfortable working Pacific Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with Adoption Leadership Team to develop strategic plans aligned with Autodesk's goals and be the lead driver of projects

  • Help set priorities and defining future FY goals to measure the effectiveness of adoption team

  • Help define EBCS product maturity and readiness for launch into broader COO team

Program Management

  • Lead cross-team projects from conception to completion

  • Enablement Programs, starting with CSM and IC onboarding plan

  • Salesforce projects including Adoption Services transition to Enterprise

  • Coordinate with other teams, including Adoption leadership, Analytics, Sales, Rev Ops, Renewals, Support, ECS, CCS, and CX team, to ensure successful execution of communication programs

Operational Excellence

  • Refine processes, implement best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Lead the development, maturity and support of the core CRM platforms and all other systems used by CS organization

  • SFDC, Matik, Looker

  • Champion and contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure processes, methodologies and tools

  • Help create team resources and documentation

  • Data and KPIs: Establish and manage regular operational reviews and performance dashboards, where the team can examine how we run the business, the quality of our services, and the customer experience

  • Develop and implement standardized, repeatable processes using standard tools to drive transparency and efficiency in our product and program investments and strategies

Team Support

  • Support agenda creation for team all hands

  • Set agenda for leadership meetings to allow inspection of goals, important plans and a forum for rapid decision-making

  • Help create reports to internal leadership e.g. QBRs and Risk Reports

  • Vendor management

  • Monitor performance metrics and goals, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

  • Help with team culture and morale-focused projects in partnership with our people team

  • Help with planning for team offsite events

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of work experience in customer success, partnering with field teams (Customer Success Managers, Account Management, Professional Services, Solution Architects) and operations

  • Ability to translate goals into relevant strategies

  • Experience collaborating with consultants, outsourced project teams or 3rd party developers

  • Command for building agreement amongst numerous external and internal people and pushing forward to tangible output/outcomes quickly

  • Openness to input from team members, other departments, and the ability to influence and engage others

  • Experience managing projects with many contributors, defined milestones and successful results

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), SFDC, BI tools, and familiarity with several market-leading productivity tools

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
