Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Education Support Analyst to join their team for a remote position and support users worldwide. This resource will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to Education Products and Programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Progress assigned open tickets and triage new tickets with timely, high-quality replies

• Communicate solutions clearly and patiently

• Document interactions for future support strategies

• Propose improvements based on user feedback and observed trends

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in product support, technical support, or other related customer support roles

• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal

• Experience with ticketing systems (ideally Zendesk)

• Motivated to continuously contribute to client users, team, and company's success

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting that evolves frequently

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Have the desire to help others, find solutions, and overcome roadblocks

• Ability to notice emerging trends and improvement opportunities, think creatively, and brainstorm solutions

• Thrive as a team player and enjoy working regularly with other Education teams

$29.65 per hour

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
