City Wide Facility Solutions VP of Finance in San Diego, California
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated VP of Finance to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As the VP of Finance, you will oversee the company's financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with other departments to drive financial success and contribute to overall corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to guide the company's financial operations
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the executive team and board of directors

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, including experience in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
