  Requirements

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Entry-Level Roles: Familiarity with basic tax principles and accounting practices; coursework or internship experience is a bonus.

• Experienced Roles: Demonstrated success in preparing and reviewing complex tax filings.

• Proficiency in tax software tools (e.g., Lacerte, UltraTax, ProSeries) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

• CPA or EA certification is highly desirable for advanced roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred, though not required for all positions.
