Our team is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations in the HR department. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, and have exceptional interpersonal skills, we'd like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.

• Administer compensation and benefits plans.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering queries and providing solutions for various problems.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in coordinating training sessions and seminars.

• Conduct employee performance reviews and handle employee relations issues.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.

• Knowledge of human resource management practices and procedures.

• Familiarity with pertinent labor laws.

• Outstanding interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in HR roles.
