Description
Our team is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations in the HR department. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, and have exceptional interpersonal skills, we'd like to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Administer compensation and benefits plans.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering queries and providing solutions for various problems.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Assist in coordinating training sessions and seminars.
Conduct employee performance reviews and handle employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Knowledge of human resource management practices and procedures.
Familiarity with pertinent labor laws.
Outstanding interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in HR roles.
