Adecco is seeking enthusiastic and efficient Event Cashiers to join our client's team for an upcoming convention in San Diego, CA, - from July 22nd - July 28th. Event Cashiers will handle financial transactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist with various event-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for pop culture, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet attendees with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.

• Handle attendee inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

• Maintain knowledge of event details, pricing, and promotions.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for pop culture, and conventions.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends.

• Proficiency in using POS (point of sale) systems and basic computer skills.

• Hourly pay starts at $17.00+ DOE

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
