We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in the Manufacturing industry, located in San Diego, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, specifically focusing on accounts receivable and billing functions. Additionally, they will be working with various software systems and solutions to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all accounts receivable activities within the organization including Collections, Credit Billing and Cash posting

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain accurate records and reports

• Oversee all billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Manage and mentor team including KPI, best practices, and ensuring professional development

• Monitor cash activity, tracking incoming payments and managing cash flow

• Implement and manage effective collection processes to ensure timely payment of invoices

• Work closely with other team members and departments to improve processes and procedures related to accounts receivable and billing.

  Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field

• 8 plus years of experience in Accounting with at least 5 in a leadership role

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
