Randstad, in partnership with our client, in San Antonio, Texas, we are hiring for an onsite Financial Call Center Representative. salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 5 AM - 8:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers to assist with financial inquires.

• Research information for customers and help assist with questions related to: payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, balance transfers etc.

• Review customer's profiles and ensure they understand their account information.

• Assist customers with any transactions and acknowledge customers concerns.
