Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for Call Center Representatives in the San Antonio area to assist customers in a 24/7 Call Center Environment. Candidates who are interested will need to be available for any shift that is open. Candidates are not on call for this role and will have a predetermined schedule. work hours: 8 AM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)

• Calls around 3-5 minute approximately

• Calls are back to back and sometimes a breather in between calls

• Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
