What you’ll do…
You will oversee and coordinate assigned telecommunications projects or builds to ensure they benefit and meet the business goals of the organization
You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that meet the company's goals, objectives and culture
You will also oversee the progress of assigned telecommunications operations and develop effective and efficient strategies
You will organize various programs and activities for an assigned project/build to improve efficiencies, client satisfaction, and cost controls
Qualifications
Who we are looking for…
You are an excellent leader, communicator and will have experience in managing team members of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner
You have proven experience as a program or project manager
You have thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods
You have the ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
Function successfully in high-stress situations while communicating with company personnel, customers, and contractors.
You are self sufficient and able to work with limited direction and supervision
You have conflict resolution and problem solving skills
You have proficient knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software
You have proven management experience in the telecommunications industry
