Join our team as a case manager for the Technology Dependent Waiver and the Medically Complex Children's Waiver.    Nurses perform advanced supervisory tasks for the home and community-based waiver for individuals served on the Technology Dependent Waiver and the Medically Complex Children's Waiver. Provide case management functions,exercise full professional discretion and technical judgment based on licensure in public health programs. Occasional travel is required for site visits. A licensed Registered Nurse is required for these positions.    Preference may be given to applicants for the following.

• pediatric experience
• experience with medical technology
• experience dealing with medically complex children and adults
• Spanish speaking
