A prestigious firm based in Salt Lake City is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team! You'll be responsible for playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaborating with teams across Legal, Compliance, and Engineering, you'll contribute to the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of existing ones. With a focus on precision and accuracy, you'll review documentation related to global financial regulatory obligations and support the Institutional Sales and Clearing businesses. This fast-paced environment offers opportunities to lead and motivate team members, drive innovative solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
As part of the Global Banking & Markets Division, you'll join a team dedicated to managing key relationships for the firm and coordinating regulatory compliance checks. Whether it's conducting adherence checks or working closely with Technology and Compliance, you'll have the chance to make a tangible impact on our operations. With a focus on client onboarding and data quality management, you'll gain valuable experience in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and contributing to the firm's success. What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct regulatory adherence checks for counterparties to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Support new client onboardings and maintain existing client data quality
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Client Onboarding teams for regulatory updates
Review documentation related to global financial regulatory obligations and approve new relationships
Lead team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive innovative solutions for efficiency
What You Bring To The Role:
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and senior figures
Critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
Aptitude for building relationships and communicating complex issues to diverse audiences
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, teamwork-oriented environment
