The Position: Wasatch Electric is accepting applications for a DOT Administrator / Administrative Assistant.

Role and Responsibilities: The DOT Administrator / Administrative Assistant will work in our SLC office and have the following primary responsibilities:

• Clerical and administrative duties related to our company fleet and equipment

• Monitor and assist in enforcement of DOT and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance

• Effectively evaluate, monitor, analyze, and identify all driver compliance issues

• Administration of the Telematics System (GeoTab)

• Calculate and file quarterly fuel taxes

• Miscellaneous data entry

Qualification Requirements:

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Access

• Prior experience in transportation/DOT is preferred

• Vista ERP Software knowledge is a plus

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details

• Capability to work independently and as a member of a team
