University of Utah Coordinator, Learn and Earn in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Office of Undergraduate Studies invites applications for the position of Coordinator, Learn and Earn (L|earn), an innovative and high-impact student employment and completion program that provides structured professional development and career coaching to students who are currently employed at the university. From admission to graduation, the units of the Office of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Utah provide every student with an exceptional educational experience that empowers them to lead transformational lives wherever their educational and professional futures take them.Learn and Earn provides opportunities for students to understand their career goals, explore and develop career-adjacent skills, receive professional polishing to graduate career-ready, and be positioned to become leaders in their community. The Program Coordinator will report to the Senior Associate Dean for Student Success and Transformative Experiences in the Office of Undergraduate Studies and is responsible for coordinating with campus partners to support student success and completion efforts while creating a core system for on-campus employment professional development. This team member will connect with human resources, financial aid and scholarships, and Undergraduate Studies to support an exceptional employment experience. This position is funded by a grant from the Strada Education Foundation that will end in December 2025, and we are actively pursuing dedicated funding to support the position after the grant ends.
