Robert Half is seeking a Controller to join a fantastic local company who believe in fostering growth, innovation, and development. They are a leading company in the manufacturing industry and are known for our collaborative and supportive work environment.

We are now seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to fill our Controller position. The ideal candidate must have a track record of excellent performance in financial leadership roles, preferably backed by the credentials of CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with specific experience in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions

• Directing financial strategy, planning, and forecasts

• Studying, analyzing, and reporting on trends, opportunities for expansion, and projection of future company growth

• Maintaining relations with investment communities

• Conducting financial analysis and preparing reports of findings and recommendations

• Managing financial and system controls and standards, ensuring timely financial and statistical reports for management and/or Board use

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry

• Proven knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

• Strong knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a strong emphasis in Accounting
